This policy explains how SIA CATRIN processes personal data when you contact the salon or request a service.

Data we process

The form may include your name, phone number, preferred visit date, requested service and a note. After consent, Google Analytics may process technical and usage data such as device and browser information, approximate location, pages visited and interactions with the website. A photograph is not uploaded to the website; it can be attached directly in the WhatsApp chat.

Purpose and legal basis

We use contact details to respond to your request, arrange a visit and provide the agreed service. Depending on the circumstances, processing is based on steps taken before entering into a contract, performance of a contract or your consent. Analytics data is used only with your consent to assess website visits in aggregate and improve its content and operation.

Storage and transfer

We retain data only for as long as necessary to communicate, provide the service or comply with legal obligations. When you use WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook or Google services, the respective provider’s terms also apply.

Embedded map and external links

The contact page includes an embedded Google map. When the page opens, Google may receive technical information such as your IP address and browser data. Links to Google Maps, Waze, WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook open the relevant third-party service.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of processing, object to processing and withdraw consent. You may lodge a complaint with the Data State Inspectorate of Latvia.

Cookies

The website uses Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-X1MCTDKV88) only with your consent. After consent, Google may set first-party analytics cookies _ga and _ga_* for up to two years. Your choice is stored in the browser’s local storage and can be changed at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer. If you reject analytics, Google Analytics does not load.
